03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1 tablespoon milk
05 - 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ For the Spicy Mayo

11 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
12 - 1 tablespoon sriracha or hot sauce
13 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
14 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
15 - Salt, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Cut each pickle spear in half lengthwise to form 'fries.' Pat dry with paper towels.
03 - In a shallow bowl, place flour. In a second bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. In a third bowl, mix panko, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and cayenne if using.
04 - Dredge each pickle fry in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat in panko mixture. Press gently to adhere breadcrumbs.
05 - Arrange breaded pickle fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray and air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden brown. Work in batches if necessary.
06 - Mix all spicy mayo ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
07 - Serve pickle fries hot with spicy mayo for dipping.
