# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It tastes like summer in a glass but takes less time than scrolling through your phone.
  • The fizz hitting the frozen sorbet creates this magical moment where the drink transforms as you sip it.
  • It's sophisticated enough to impress guests but honestly so simple you could make it half-asleep.
02 -
  • Cold glasses make all the difference—I learned this the hard way when I skipped the freezer step once and watched my carefully crafted float become a weak lemon puddle within minutes.
  • Pour the sparkling water slowly and last, or everything will overflow in a delicious chaos that looks impressive but tastes diluted.
03 -
  • Buy the best sorbet you can afford because it's literally the only ingredient that matters—everything else is just making it sparkle.
  • If you're making this for a crowd, prep all your glasses in the freezer before guests arrive so you can assemble everything in under a minute per drink and serve them all at once.
