# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It takes less time to make than it does to find your car keys, and tastes like you spent an hour on it.
  • You can throw in whatever herbs are sitting in your fridge and it still turns out incredible.
  • Its creamy enough to feel indulgent but light enough that you dont feel guilty eating half the bowl.
  • It works as a dip, a spread, a salad dressing, or even a topping for roasted vegetables.
02 -
  • Dont skip the resting time in the fridge, the flavors really do need those 30 minutes to come together and taste right.
  • If your garlic is too strong, soak the minced pieces in cold water for a minute before adding them to tone down the bite.
  • Always taste before serving because Greek yogurt brands vary in tanginess, and you might need a little more salt or lemon to balance it out.
03 -
  • Chop your herbs as finely as possible so they blend smoothly into the yogurt and you dont get big stringy pieces.
  • Let the dip sit out for five minutes before serving if its too cold, it tastes better when its just slightly chilled instead of ice cold.
  • If youre making this for a party, double the batch because it always goes faster than you think it will.
