# How to Make It:
01 - In a pitcher, combine black currant juice, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir thoroughly until well combined.
02 - Add chilled sparkling water to the pitcher and stir gently. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the mixture evenly. Garnish each glass with fresh black currants and mint sprigs.
03 - Place frozen black currants, ripe banana, plant-based milk, honey or agave syrup, and vanilla extract into a blender. Blend on high speed until the mixture reaches a smooth, creamy consistency.
